MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, We're having a major issue with this Holoson EPS Carry. The reticle is completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like the whole thing is glued together. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?
